Business register interface functionality
The business register interface in Dynamics 365 FO software helps to manage correct and consistent data when creating and changing customers and vendors, reducing manual work and completely eliminating the possibility of data entry errors.
Configurable regular periodic work ensures regular updating of partner data in the system. If desired, it is possible to review the data that needs to be updated before changing it, with both confirmation and cancellation options.
The data request is based on the customer’s or vendor’s registry code or name.

- The interface is made with the Business Register service “Entrepreneur’s detailed data request” arireg.detailandmed_v2.
- From the supplier’s or customer’s card, it is possible to manually launch a request to fill in or update company data in the Business Register database.
- With periodic work, it is possible to set up an automatic request to update partner data according to the Business Register database.
- It is possible to review the data of suppliers and customers before updating.
