Who is it for?

Today, cyber hygiene is more important than ever and every company must ensure that regular cyber awareness training is provided to employees, focusing on as much of today’s common cyber threats as possible and raising employee awareness in this area.

What problems or needs does it solve?

It is often the employee (the person) who is the weakest link. The greater the awareness of employees, the lower the risk to the company – simple! The reality is that no technology can protect a business from 100% of cyber threats, and the only effective way to keep them at bay is to educate employees.

Why OIXIO Cyber?

We offer two different approaches to improve cyber hygiene: traditional classroom training (or virtual Teams training) and a cyber awareness e-learning environment. In both cases, we tailor the content of the training modules to the needs of the client.

Classroom training

The duration of the training is approximately 1-2 hours, which is conducted on-site at the client’s premises or virtually (e.g. via Teams). At the end of the training, we will have time for a free discussion. The topics covered in the training can be tailored to meet your company’s specific needs, for example:

  • Cyber threats.
  • Social manipulation.
  • Phishing attacks.
  • Passwords.
  • Mobile devices and external storage media.
  • Distance.
  • j.t topics.

e-learning environment for cyber hygiene

The main task of the platform is to provide realistic and up-to-date situations and issues to raise awareness among employees of the various cyber risks. Our methodology helps to assess the human element of risk that often receives the least attention. The system offers interactive training and immediate visual results.

Why is e-learning better than classroom training?

  • There is no need to physically convene staff.
  • Employees can train at a time, place and pace that suits them.
  • The content of the e-learning environment is regularly updated.
  • Training new staff is easy.
  • There are 14 different language options in the learning environment.
  • The learning environment has a good level of analytics and reporting functionality to assess the level of risk posed by employees to the business.
