Partnership strengthens OIXIO Group’s industrial and IoT capabilities in Germany
OIXIO Group and erminas GmbH, a technology company based in Oldenburg, Germany, have
entered into a strategic partnership agreement aimed at a future merger of the companies.
Following completion of the transaction, expected within the coming months, erminas will join the OIXIO Group.
The partnership forms part of OIXIO Group’s international growth strategy and marks an
important step in entering the German market, one of Europe’s largest and most demanding
markets for industrial and digital solutions. The cooperation brings together OIXIO’s
strong expertise in IT, cybersecurity, and business process digitalization with erminas’ deep
experience in industrial systems and IoT solutions in Germany.

erminas GmbH is well known for developing industrial IoT solutions and business systems that
connect real-time production data with IT and management systems. As part of the
partnership, erminas will continue operating in Germany with its current team and will serve
as a strategic partner and center of excellence within OIXIO Group for industrial IoT and tailored
enterprise applications.

The cooperation will also bring direct benefits to customers in the Baltics. erminas’ experience
in developing IT and IoT solutions for German industrial companies strengthens OIXIO’s ability
to support Baltic organizations in their digitalization efforts. In addition, OIXIO will be better
positioned to support customers planning to expand into the German market or to develop the
IT capabilities of their German subsidiaries and operations.
