GPAIS – for Finance & Operations

GPAIS is a system for automating and managing the accounting and declaration processes for products, packaging and waste.

To help companies facilitate the collection and submission of data to GPAIS, we have developed a tool in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) that allows companies to efficiently manage their accounting for GPAIS, while ensuring compliance with legislation, increasing productivity and data accuracy.

  • Vehicles;
  • Electrical and electronic equipment;
  • Batteries and accumulators;
  • Taxable products (excluding batteries and accumulators);
  • Packaging.

Capabilities of a standard GPAIS solution

Import/update GPAIS classifications.

Enter packaging flows in use.

Create and manage product units.

Assign product units to goods.

Automatically create product units from product assembly specifications.

Import/export product units using Excel.

Adjust GPAIS journal if necessary, correct errors.

Generate GPAIS journal XML file for import into the GPAIS system.

Generation of an XML file of the D365 FO accounted product units for upload to GPAIS with the possibility to select specific product units according to the expiry dates.

Generate a GPAIS journal for the selected period, which counts the quantities of product units sold, purchased, used for own consumption.
