Arto Aas – Head of Business, OIXIO Advisory
Arto Aas joined the OIXIO Advisory team in autumn 2024. Prior to that, he served for several years as the CEO of the Estonian Employers’ Confederation. Arto has also held high-level public sector roles, including Minister of Public Administration, Chairman of the Economic Affairs Committee in the Estonian Parliament, and Head of the Prime Minister’s Office.
He has been a member of the supervisory boards of several major organizations and companies, such as the Estonian Health Insurance Fund, Unemployment Insurance Fund, EAS (Enterprise Estonia), Tallinn Airport, State Real Estate Ltd (RKAS), Eesti Loto, and the University of Tartu. Arto holds a degree from Tallinn University of Technology and has furthered his education at various institutions both in Estonia and abroad.

Indrek Sabul – Senior Consultant, OIXIO Advisory
Indrek Sabul is a Senior Consultant at OIXIO Advisory, specializing in business process improvement, digitalization, and innovation management.
He holds a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from TalTech and has prior hands-on experience as a supply chain manager in manufacturing and as a logistics manager in the transport and retail sectors. At OIXIO, Indrek has led the development of a unique methodology for analyzing and improving business processes through digitalization and innovation.
Over the past 12 years, Indrek has conducted more than 100 business consulting projects, with over half focused on creating digitalization roadmaps for companies.
Alongside consulting, he has lectured on innovation management at Tallinn University of Applied Sciences and the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences. Since 2022, Indrek has also been a member of the expert group behind “Innotrepp” – an innovation management ecosystem developed in collaboration between the public and private sectors.

Toomas Olli – Senior Consultant, OIXIO Advisory
Toomas Olli is a Senior Consultant at OIXIO Advisory with extensive international experience and a strong practical background in manufacturing, finance, and construction sectors.
Alongside his consulting work, Toomas has lectured on digitalization at Tallinn University of Technology and Estonian Business School, sharing his expert knowledge with future professionals. His core focus lies in mapping organizational processes and software architecture, driving digital transformation, and preparing organizations for change.
Toomas’s expertise spans from implementing business analytics solutions and key performance indicator systems to developing AI strategies and promoting sustainable business practices based on ESG principles.

Katrin Gnidin – AI Consultant, OIXIO Advisory
Katrin Gnidin is an AI Consultant whose lifelong passion for mathematics and numbers has naturally evolved into a deep interest in artificial intelligence.
She brings extensive experience as a mathematics teacher and chief accountant across various companies, giving her valuable insight into both the internal and external workings of organizations—their processes and decision-making mechanisms. Her studies in IT management and enterprise architecture have further strengthened her skills in software implementation, process mapping, and improvement.
With 8 years of hands-on experience in software deployment, Katrin has led implementations in nearly every role she’s held as a chief accountant, giving her firsthand understanding of the challenges and pain points that come with change.
Katrin applies AI solutions both professionally and personally to support strategic decision-making and enhance business processes.

Jürgo Bolitšenko – AI Consultant, OIXIO Advisory
Jürgo Bolitšenko is an AI Consultant focused on designing intelligent solutions for clients. His toolbox includes AI agents, assistants, and automated workflows that help organizations boost internal efficiency and deliver better customer experiences.
Jürgo is a seasoned SharePoint developer, analyst, and architect with over 17 years of experience at Swedbank. His work has ranged from simple solutions like custom document libraries and calendars to complex business applications, including systems for anti-money laundering, monitoring, and GDPR compliance.
He has contributed to major projects such as the internal communication systems supporting Estonia and Latvia’s transition to the euro, enabling cross-team collaboration and project management at Swedbank. His portfolio also includes the OCP system for managing Baltic marketing campaigns and FIT (Frontend Information Tool), a key customer support platform developed with input from over 750 business unit employees.
On the technical side, Jürgo specializes in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with frameworks and libraries like jQuery, Angular, SPFx, and SP.Services. He has extensive experience with APIs and system integrations, including Adobe Analytics API, SOAP, XSLT, and XPath.
Jürgo combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes to create scalable, reliable, and value-driven solutions.

Folkert Wierda – Senior Consultant and International Relations, OIXIO Advisory
Folkert Wierda joined Oixio in mid-2024 as Vice President of International Growth, bringing extensive leadership experience from his previous role as CIO at a major industrial company. His career spans multiple sectors, including mobile telecommunications and IT consultancy, where he led teams through complex digital transformations and information strategy development.
Originally from the Netherlands, Folkert has gained significant international exposure, having worked in Germany, Finland, Estonia, North America, and China. His expertise includes managing mergers and acquisitions and driving the adoption of innovative IT solutions tailored to fast-growing industrial and technology companies.
Folkert holds degrees in sociology, information systems, and science (astronomy), capped by a PhD in IT from Delft University of Technology. He combines his technical knowledge and strategic insight to help Oixio’s clients leverage information technology as a competitive advantage on a global scale.
