Bauhof is one of Estonia’s largest companies dealing in construction and gardening supplies, with 13 stores, a large e-commerce platform, and nearly 500 employees. In collaboration with OIXIO, Bauhof has enhanced their ERP system’s performance and resolved numerous IT issues, allowing employees to focus on their core work. Automated workflows have increased the efficiency of work processes, conveniently automating many tasks that were previously done manually.
Retail Requires Effective Solutions

In recent years, several integrations and projects have been completed in cooperation with OIXIO, enhancing the systems used at Bauhof:
- Automatic creation and sending of reminders – a solution that allows automatic compilation and sending of reminders to customers and suppliers.
- eFlow 2023 – Telema eFlow integration and automation in AX, which has made the distribution and approval of expense invoices electronic and smooth.
- AX integration with handheld scanners – a solution that has accelerated goods receipt and price control.
- AX and B2B e-commerce integration – integrating business customers’ e-commerce purchases with the ERP system, ensuring data flow between systems.

Monthly Maintenance Service Covers the Work of Four People
Zaur Abbassov says that OIXIO’s monthly maintenance service is invaluable for Bauhof. “We’re truly fortunate to have the OIXIO team. They respond quickly and are always ready to meet our needs. Thanks to OIXIO, we can do less mundane work and make more intelligent decisions. Additionally, we don’t need to hire such a large IT team in-house, but can purchase the necessary work as a service,” says Abbassov.
